GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. PREAMBLE
The following general conditions of sale govern all transactions established on the IGFR World Championship website. Any reservation made on this site assumes the customer’s unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions.
2. PURPOSE
This contract is a distance contract which aims to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of reservations on the Internet, via the secure online payment platform of the Bank/Banks in India.
The 60th IGFR World Golf Championship is a golf tournament organized by IGFR World Championship.
3. REGISTRATION FOR THE 60th WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP
Reservations are open for registration for the 60th IGFR World Golf Championship – organized by IGFR World Championship from 2nd to 7th November 2025 in Hyderabad, INDIA, subject to availability.
4. TO RESERVE
After completing the registration form, click on the “register” button and you are automatically registered on the list of participants in the 60th IGFR World Championship.
5. REGISTRATION FEE
The fee mentioned on the site are indicated in INR (Indian Rupee) Including tax, is valid at the time of their consultation by the customer and are those in force at the time of registration and payment.
6. PAYMENT METHOD
To pay for your participation in the tournament, you choose the payment method from those offered by the website https://igfrworldchampionship.com on the payment page.
In this case, the transaction is delivered for debit from your account within the day following the date of delivery confirmation.
Your online payments are secured by the Indian Banks / Approved Banking Agents which offer a completely secure payment service.
The participant guarantees IGFR World Championship that he has the authorizations possibly necessary to use the payment method chosen by him, when validating his registration.
In the event of payment by bank card, the provisions relating to the fraudulent use of the means of payment provided for in the agreements concluded between the participant and the card issuer and between IGFR World Championship and its banking establishment apply.
7. PROOF OF TRANSACTIONS PAID BY BANK CARD
The data recorded by the Indian Bank/Banks on the online payment platform on behalf of IGFR World Championship constitutes proof of commercial transactions between you and IGFR World Championship.
8. DATA CONFIDENTIALITY
The information requested from you is necessary for the processing of your participation and they are treated confidentially. You have the right to rectification relating to the data concerning you.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
IGFR World Championship is only required to fulfil its obligations to the extent that no force majeure event hinders them.

IMAGE RIGHTS
By subscribing to this registration form, you agree to be photographed and filmed for the communication purposes of IGFR International.
INSURANCE
We recommend that member registering here purchase special insurance for medical coverage and to cover the unlikely event that the Championship is cancelled, due to circumstances beyond the control of the Organizing Committee.
ENTRY & VISA FORMALITIES
All members from various countries are allowed to enter India with valid passports and valid visa unless explicitly exempted. Members are advised to contact their travel agent.
CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS
In case of cancellation of your registration before July 31, 2025, the refund will be made with a 20% deduction. Anytime after July 31, 2025, no refund possible.
REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
We will arrange and confirm your registration upon receipt of the registration form and relevant payment.
